Tactical Strength Training
This course combines resistance bodyweight training for every part of the body, promotes powerful joint stabilization and allows you to strength train across
multiple planes of movement using an established gym or materials readily available. Course covers core strength, muscular endurance, flexibility. We will focus on
realism and functionality.
