Acquisition Management

Wexford provides mission support and acquisition management support services to a variety of DoD clients. Our mission support services provide seasoned operations analysts, intelligence analysts and other subject matter experts to key projects directly supporting our nation's defense. Wexford acquisition management supports all aspects of the acquisition management lifecycle process - from requirements definition through production and deployment to product sustainment.

Our acquisition management team consists of experienced program managers, contract managers, financial managers, cost estimators and analysts, acquisition logisticians, system integrators and intelligence analysts. Most team members possess applicable commercial and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) qualifications in their respective disciplines.

Management, Organization and Performance

Wexford possesses extensive management, organization and performance experience at all levels of the federal government and private sector. Wexford's experienced team helps our clients drive transformation by properly and adequately analyzing the organization and executing a very deliberate strategic approach to gain consensus for change. As a result, leaders and managers at all levels are able to solve difficult problems with relevant, timely and accurate analysis and decision support resulting in improved effectiveness and efficiency of processes.

The consulting assets of Management, Organization and Performance include a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Manpower and Personnel, former Senior Executive Services members with expertise in military and civilian manpower and personnel arenas and retired senior officers with military personnel and financial expertise.

Operational Applications Group (OAG)

Wexford Group is a leading provider of integrated risk mitigation solutions to governmental and commercial organizations. If you are facing difficult security threats anywhere in the world our team of experts will provide practical solutions that are legal, moral and ethical. We are experienced, current and relevant in all aspects of irregular warfare and its nexus with homeland security and law enforcement. OAG provides our customers with consultants and specialists in all dimensions of counterterrorism, antiterrorism, counter-gangs and the practical application of technology to counter these threats. We serve federal, state and local governments and perform support in training, operations and intelligence.

Additionally, our team applies our extensive user-level experience to aid industry and government in developing and fielding new technologies in the areas of close combat and law enforcement special operations. Wexford applies cross-disciplinary, cross-functional and cross-industry perspectives and strategies to meet the needs of our clients. While we don't talk about our employees openly, we provide expertise that is difficult if not impossible to access outside the OAG.

Strategic Communications

At Wexford, we understand the need for innovative approaches to clearly convey mission-critical information to both internal and external stakeholders. First and foremost, our consultants assess our clients' needs, define their metrics for success and develop a plan to guide and shape their program throughout its lifecycle. Using our diverse backgrounds in strategic communications planning, media operations, change management, legislative affairs, crisis communications and speechwriting, we work on-site with our clients' subject matter experts throughout the implementation process.
