CACI's RM Online team offers extensive training programs to meet the specific learning needs of your organization. From classroom workshops and one-on-one desk-side assistance to online user guides and info boxes, we'll help you leverage RM Online's full potential.

Our Philosophy

Learning a software program can be challenging, and too often you forget what you learn the moment you walk out of the classroom. CACI's approach to customer training is based on hands-on, experiential learning. Our instructors are RM Online experts who understand your processes and how to bring the two together. Our instructional methodology is rooted in communication theory and practice. So, we don't just show you how the system works - we help you learn it.

Training Workshops

CACI offers training workshops at your computer lab or ours. We divide RM Online into functional sections and use each successive workshop to build upon existing knowledge. We work closely with each customer to develop customized workshops offered at convenient times. While every training workshop has core information, each one is different based on user characteristics. These include levels of experience, functional roles, specific interests and areas of greatest need.

Desk-Side Training

Some positions inherently rely on RM Online more than others - CACI offers personalized training for our super users. These are system administrators and PBAS operators, or anyone else who would benefit from one-on-one instruction.

Help Desk Support

CACI provides an 800 number to customers for ongoing technical and instructional support. Regardless of your need, we'll deliver an answer or a solution when you need it.

User Guides and On-Screen Help

RM Online fosters individual learning with multiple self help options. The extensive online user guide helps you quickly pinpoint the information you need, any time of day or night. On screen instructions and optional pop-up instructions answer many questions without having to stop work or even leave the screen.
