The FIRST Program

FIRST is an Army Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract Vehicle with which Army customers with logistics requirements can obtain services to meet those needs. These services include

  • Program Management and Operations
  • Logistics Information Technology
  • Logistics Transportation and Supply Support
  • Installation Directorate of Logistics Support
  • Maintenance Support
  • Support for Centrally Managed Programs
  • Logistics Enterprise System Support
