Team CACI Quality Program
Team CACI is extending its ISO-9001:2000 certified Quality Management System (QMS), which currently supports CACI operations at all
three ALCs, to the DESP II PMO. We have demonstrated successful performance and a proven methodology for extending the scope of our QMS to ensure
application of quality best practices and encouraging innovation. The CACI QMS, supported by the Vintara web-based quality management tool,
benefits DESP II customers by assuring product quality, process effectiveness and efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Web-based, automated COTS tool for quality management
- Successfully implemented on CACI ISO 9001:2000 certified operations in support of Ogden ALC, Warner Robins ALC, Oklahoma City ALC and our
facility in San Antonio, TX
- Automates and enforces QMS processes, including document control, internal audit, control of non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions
- Facilitates collaboration among various teams, minimizing impact of geographic dispersion

CACI’s ISO certified QMS spans our support at each of the ALCs, as well as our San Antonio facility. This provides our DESP II customers the confidence
of knowing that we currently operate using world class quality practices at Tinker, Hill and Robins AFBs. The services we provide under the auspices of our QMS at these sites include many that apply directly to DESP II functional categories

- Sustaining Engineering
Additionally, seven other Team CACI members operate under an ISO certified QMS and
six have CMM Level 3 credentials or higher. Team CACI member Flight Structures, Inc. is also certified against the aerospace quality standard
AS9100-2001. While each partner will maintain its separate certification, Team CACI is committed to the integration our quality approach and
implementation of best-of-breed practices from among the entire team for DESP II efforts.
