As part of its effort to help the DoD become a fully integrated, next generation enterprise, CACI has focused on delivering high value enterprise solutions tailored to DoD clients.

CACI, a leading federal systems integrator, offers RM Online, a web-based portal designed specifically for Army resource managers. RM Online provides the tools required to better manage resources and automates the PPBES process for major commands and installations.

The Financial Resources Management System (FRMS) automates the management, dissemination, tracking and reporting of appropriated funds.

We leverage our market leadership in developing solutions for the federal government and work with DoD clients to customize our commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software for federal financial management.

We also offer Momentum^® Enterprise Solution, which has been implemented at 20 federal agencies. Momentum software was installed and operational in a production environment within one year at all nine U.S. Navy Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair (SUPSHIP) facilities. It is also operational at three detachments and at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Headquarters. The SUPSHIP team has developed several interfaces to legacy SUPSHIP and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) systems including the

Currently, CACI is providing SUPSHIP with system administration services and operational support for the Momentum Help Desk located at the Automated Information Systems (AIS) Center in Newport News, VA.

CACI has been supporting the Program Management Office - Defense Travel System (PMO-DTS) since July 2001. At the PMO-DTS CACI supports the fielding, operations, requirements, system integration and financial aspects of the implementation of the Defense Travel System (DTS).
