This module provides analysts with the ability to measure the performance of the organization through time. Analysts have the ability to set up analog meters to compare plans to actuals, while ensuring that planned funds are sufficient to perform the mission.

Analog meters can be set up by budget line items, offices, performance goals, etc. Business rules can be set up to determine actions that need to be performed when deviations occur.
