CACI Chairman Jack London was the recipient of the inaugural Cornerstone of Freedom Award from the Cincinnatus Foundation on November 3, 2009. Dr. London was recognized for his work and contributions to the promotion of American history and civics education. The event, co-sponsored by the Cincinnatus Foundation and the Bill of Rights Institute, was held at the historic Washington Club off Dupont Circle. Also recognized was Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger (MD-2^nd), who received the Bill of Rights Institute's 2009 Civic Education Leadership Award.
