Senior Vice President and Program Manager

As CACI's GSA/GWAC Program Manager, Ted provides overall leadership, direction and operational expertise in the management and use of the GSA Schedules and GWACs.

With over 25 years in increasingly responsible Program and Project Management experience, he is recognized by both government and industry for his leadership, innovative approaches to providing solutions, hands-on experience and positive results. He has provided invaluable knowledge and insight to clients and government agencies. With an extensive background in Defense, Resource Management, Budgeting and Logistics, he is known for capitalizing on sound business principles and practices.

Having founded the GSA Program in CACI, starting with a single Information Technology Schedule, he now manages over 20 contract vehicles representing over 25% of CACI's total revenue. He holds TS clearance and is active in industry associations such as The Coalition for Federal Procurement and ITAA, where he is Vice Chairman of the GSA Subcommittee.

His award winning performance has earned him CACI's highest award for sales excellence, the Pinnacle Award, along with awards for proposal excellence with the Wing Award and Aces Club.

Ted is active in industry associations supporting acquisition excellence in the federal marketplace and is recognized by his peers for outstanding contributions to industry and government. Ted is an alumnus of Sam Houston State University and has done graduate work at both Sam Houston and the University of Kansas.
