CACI Places Third in Ethics Survey of 100 Largest Government Contractors

Ethisphere Institute Recognizes Company as Best in Ethics Training and Communications; Best in Ethics Internal Control Systems

Arlington, Va., March 17, 2008 – CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been listed as one of the recipients of the top rating, "Best Overall Government Contractor Ethics Program," for its ethics and compliance initiatives in the 2008 Government Contractor Ethics Program Ratings just released by the Ethisphere Institute. The Institute, through its Ethisphere Council, is dedicated to the research, creation, and sharing of best practices in business ethics, compliance, sustainability, and corporate governance and citizenship.

Researchers from the Institute analyzed more than 1,000 federal government contractors. The Institute's rankings were based on an objective analysis of four categories: code of ethics and business conduct; leadership and tone from the top; internal control systems; and ethics training and communication programs.

CACI received the highest classification of Excellent and placed third among the 100 Largest Government Contractors. The company was also marked Excellent and ranked fourth in the Best Ethics Programs Overall listing. In other Ethisphere categories, CACI placed first in both the 10 Best Ethics Training and Communications Programs, scoring 99.50 out of 100, and the 10 Best Internal Control Systems, scoring 93.60. CACI's top-rated Excellent classification and high overall score place the company in the Ethisphere "Hall of Fame," indicating that CACI maintains an outstanding ethics program with a clear commitment to sustaining superior ethical standards.

The ratings conducted by the Institute take into account new Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules regarding U.S. government contractors' ethics programs, key Federal Sentencing Guidelines "hallmarks" for effective compliance programs and industry best practices. The Institute scored companies based on their ethics programs, which were reviewed through an online questionnaire, along with information voluntarily provided by the participants. Quality assurance of responses was verified through random audit and review.

According to Bill Fairl, CACI's President of U.S. Operations, "We are very gratified that this survey by the Ethisphere Institute produced such outstanding results for CACI. It is very clear that our company-wide guideline of ‘integrity and honesty above all else' is very much in force, motivating our employees to always do the right thing and enhancing client and shareholder confidence in CACI."

CACI President and CEO Paul Cofoni said, "We are proud of this recognition from the Ethisphere Institute because it strongly validates CACI's absolute commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. These benchmarks of behavior will continue to serve us well as we strive to be the best in everything we do as a Tier 1 company in the government contracting community."
