Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Marjorie R. Bailey is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for CACI International Inc.
As CHRO, Ms. Bailey works closely with CACI's executive team, business groups, and staff organizations to align the company's Human Resources (HR) initiatives with strategic goals and objectives. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the full range of human capital functions. This includes an emphasis on employee development, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.
Ms. Bailey brings more than 20 years of experience in government contracting and the defense industry. Before joining CACI, she served as CHRO of Leidos Health and Engineering, formerly part of SAIC. Her numerous accomplishments in this position included taking a leadership role on all HR and organization design activities that led to splitting the $11 billion SAIC into two independent companies. She also implemented and integrated strategic workforce planning and talent management programs that resulted in a stronger talent pool, reduced employee turnover, and helped people clarify their career paths. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and is skilled in designing human capital strategies that drive enterprise goals. Prior to SAIC, she held HR positions with Troy Systems, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering.
In addition to her duties as CHRO, Ms. Bailey is a member of the Washington Women's Leadership Initiative, the DC-Metro Senior Human Resources Executive Forum, and is certified by the Human Capital Institute in strategic workforce planning. Through a professional alliance with Everwise Corporation, she provides executive coaching and mentoring to global up-and-coming executives. Ms. Bailey holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Western Kentucky University.
