- Sustainment
- Program Management
CACI provides periodic status updates to EDS. - System Implementation
- CACI supports validation that the allied support requirements identified during the PIV have been accomplished
- CACI indicates to the base what type of information is required for implementation and work with the base on obtaining any domain/network data before installation.
- CACI supports conducting an in-brief to explain the activities and schedule for the implementation.
- CACI supports coordinating with the NCC and mutually schedules any down time or disruption in service related to the implementation.

Test readiness may be completed upon successful implementation of each system component after all system components are installed and configured.
- CACI supports notifying the NCC of any test procedures which may result in a disruption in NCC service prior to the commencement of the testing.
- System Training
- CACI trains the CITS NMS/BIP Phase 1 and Phase 2 products according to the training plan created under the ULANA II contract for Phase 1 and Phase 2 Delivery Orders RVTL and RVTC, respectively.
- CACI provides all training materials and survey sheets.
- System Acceptance
CACI supports concluding and finalizing base implementation activities with the successful performance of the system acceptance testing and the offer of system training to base personnel. - Sustainment
