The National Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has developed the Image World program for the procurement of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware, software, solutions and services that are capable of meeting all three Technical Functional Areas

Through the use of performance-based contracting and performance measures the Image World program is expected to provide a substantial cost savings for the government.

  • The Image World 2 contract vehicle uses centralized ordering procedures
