Description
CACI's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule is effective from May 15, 2000 through May 14, 2010. MOBIS provides federal agencies with a streamlined procurement vehicle to obtain management consulting, facilitation, survey services, acquisition management support and Program Management/Project Management services for the implementation of quality management and other related system change processes within their agencies. We also provide our FedSelect® software and our Automated Source Selection Facility on the MOBIS schedule.
CACI was placed on this schedule based on our knowledge of quality management theory and practice, as well as our demonstrated capability to provide expert assistance to agencies implementing quality and other related system change processes in the federal environment.
Advantages of using MOBIS
- Easy access to commercially available services
- Volume discount pricing
- Establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for repetitive requirements
- Direct contractor/customer relationship
- FedBizOpps synopsis is NOT required (Federal Supply Schedules are already synopsized on FedBizOpps)
- CICA (Competition in Contracting Act) requirements have been met [see FAR 6.102 (d)(3)]
- Prices have been determined by GSA to be fair and reasonable
- New services are continually made available
- Ease of ordering
- Maximum order limitations have been removed
- In most instances the government credit card can be utilized when placing orders
